WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT FROM THE PEOPLE THAT VISIT AND/ OR SUBMIT TRIP PLANNING REQUEST ON OUR WEBSITE?

 

When you submit a trip planning request on our website, you will be asked to fill a set questionnaire with your personal information (Full Name, telephone, Email), intended travel dates, type and the style of trip you are looking for. We will collect such information through email, telephone call as well depending how you reach out to us. If you are traveling with other people, it is your responsibility to inform them how their information will be used and that they have given their permission for you to share their information with us. 

 

During further booking process, It will also be necessary for us to collect further personal information in order to reserve flights, hotel rooms, tours etc. This will include your physical address, Date of birth, Passport details and copy. We will also ask any personal preferences such as dietary, physical health if your trip is physically demanding or if you require any disability access. 

 

We will also collect payment and credit card information to complete your booking, as such asking you to fill out a credit card authorization form with all your personal details. 

 

HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION? 

 

We may use the information we collect from you when you make a trip request, sign up for our newsletter, respond to a survey or marketing communication, surf the website, or use certain other site features in the following ways:
